By using a variety of experimental photographic and pictorial techniques, Marc Breslin evokes collective memories through works that explore the relationship between the visible and the invisible. Born in 1983 (New York), he graduated in History of Art and Literature at the Boston College in 2005. Breslin worked with the American conceptual artist Jenny Holzer for five years. This artists influenced his initial works. At the moment he lives and work in Los Angeles, where he also manages a cultural association focused on music and dance. Ana Manso was born in 1984 in Lisbon, where she lives and works. Her pictorial work is deeply “tormented” with an intensity in gestures and the ability to evoke meanings without words, almost as vibrations. In 2011 she has been a finalist for the EDP New Artists 2011", Museu da Electricidade and for the "Fidelidade Mundial 2011 Giovane Painters Prize", Chiado 8 - Arte Contemporanea, both in Lisbon. Tiziano Martini (*1983, Soltau/D) lives and work between the Val di Zoldo, Milan and Duesseldorf. His works have been exposed in two solo exhibition at the Studio Cannaviello a Milano (2009/2011), at the Galleria Comunale di Arte Contemporanea di Monfalcone (Studio visit.it 2011) and in the Werkschau Halle in Lipsia (2012); at Mars Milano (Tetris 2013), Palazzo delle Cossere (Oltre lo sguardo 2013), Galleria Cart (Monza 2013), Fondazione Bevilacqua la Masa (97a collettiva 2013). In 2014 he has had a solo exhibition in the spaces of the gallery Otto Zoo in Milan, and many collective exhibition: #painting. about, around & within (Galleria Upp, Venezia), Marquee Moon (Thierry Goldberg, New York), The inner/outside, bivouacs (Museo di Casso, Pordenone), La religione del mio tempo (Kunsthalle Lana, Bz), 2000 Maniacs (arte fiera Verona). He participated to many artist-in-residence including Lia (6 months, Lipsia) Cars (Omegna, winner of 2012 ), How we Dwell (Vicenza 2014), Landina (Omegna 2014). He is the coordinator and ideator of the project of artist-in-residence A poem about a chance meeting,(Dolomiti Contemporanee a Taibon, 2012). He is also the winner of the Lepsien Art Foundation Grant for 2014/15 in Duesseldorf.
